Sometimes fragrances you order may not meet your expectations, we will try our best to do everything to make your shopping experience a positive one. It is important to note that all our fragrances are ‘Inspired by’ products, meaning we hand make duplicates of the originals.
Shipping
Signature Fragrances ship all products using Australia Post Postage Services, this is the quickest shipping option with the fragrances usually being delivered within 1-6 business days. There is a flat fee of $10.90 for standard shipping and $14.40 for express shipping. Free shipping for all orders above $99.
Australia Post covers most areas within the country, with most packages being delivered within 7 days. Please note some payment methods, such as PayPal, can take up to 10 days for funds to clear, which can impact the processing of orders. Once delivered, we recommend customers inspect the fragrances to ensure satisfaction. We are not liable for delays caused by no one present for deliveries or incorrect addresses provided. Additional fees may be incurred as a result of customer error. Orders are sometimes returned to us for many reasons such as, failure to collect from Australia Post. In such cases, if a refund is requested shipping fees are not refundable, as the carrier invoices us for the service they provide.
Applying for a return
Our refund and return policy is for a period of 30 days, requests after this period can not be refunded or returned.

Signature Fragrances put all our products through high levels of quality assurance. If return requests are due to misuse/damage of products, requests will be declined. Please note that in event of a refund, return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate you adhering to our return policy.Â
Change of mind & Order Cancellation
At Signature Fragrances, we do not offer exchanges and refunds due to change of mind. The policy covers situations such as; not needing the product anymore or selecting the incorrect item during purchase. We recommend customers confirm all orders prior to finalizing checkout to avoid any issues.
As we are charged fees when customer payment is made with PayPal and AfterPay, when orders are cancelled or a refund is requested, we will provide a refund minus payment fees.
