- What is a Signature Inspired Fragrance?An Inspired by Fragrance is a duplicate of the original scent, using the same essential oils and smells. Legally we are not allowed to use brand names as our own, so we list our fragrances as 'Inspired by'. Please note fragrances can never be a 100% duplication of the original signature fragrance.
- Can I track my order?Yes! Once the package leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with steps to track via Australia Post.

- I'm having issues with my spray bottle. What can I do?
Most spray issues are due to air bubbles trapped inside the pump. The easiest way to fix this is by turning the bottle upside down and holding down the pump for a few minutes.

- What are shipping times and costs?Signature Fragrances ship all packages using Australia Post Postage Services, this is the quickest shipping option with the fragrances usually being delivered within 1-6 business days. There is a flat fee of $10.90 for standard postage and $14.40 for express postage. All orders above $99 come with free shipping.
